Our 6 lane all weather synthetic athletics track provides sporting facilities for athletes of all levels, we also run a wide range of athletics courses and events aimed at getting children involved. No booking required.
Whether it’s for fun, to boost your fitness or to practice for an event, Aldersley’s 485m banked velodrome is equipped with the facilities for all your needs. No booking required.
Please note: Our outdoor track times may be affected by weather conditions. A minimum of 2 people will be required to attend casual cycling.
Our all-weather full sized second generation sand based Astroturf pitch is available for your all year round matches or practice. The pitch can be divided into two or used as a whole.

WV Active Aldersley has two full-sized grass football pitches ideal to train or compete, so come on, get playing! These pitches are bookable per season for matches and training. Full changing rooms facilities are included.

For members of WV Active that want to get into running, or get better at running, but have no idea where to start. Aimed at being fun and encouraging whilst improving running ability/capacity.
8 weeks long starting on Sunday 28 July and finishing with a 5km park run at East Park.
3 weekly sessions held at the nature reserve over the road from WV Active Bilston- Bert Williams on Nettlefolds Way, Bilston, WV14 0EF.
Available on Sundays at 9:00am, Tuesdays at 10:00am and Thursdays at 6pm. All sessions are 30-minute sessions including warmups and cool downs.
Up to 30 members can book onto the 8-week programme and are encouraged to attend at least 2 of the 3 sessions every week.
All 3 sessions in the week will be the same and will progress weekly.

Tennis is a good sport for maintaining health and fitness. It is also a game that people can play throughout their lifetime and is an ideal social activity. Tennis can be played both as a sport and recreationally with friends and family.
